Having worked in the NHS, I understand the challenges of finding services to support individuals with complex needs. I am happy to discuss any individual you support to establish if their difficulties are something I can help with. I will accept professional referrals from various sources including social services, early help hubs, GPs, health visiting teams etc.
1-to-1
Initially consent would need to be gained from your service user around sharing information with me and we would have a professional discussion.
Following this I would contact the individual to arrange an assessment. The assessment is free and will last up to two hours. Ideally, this would take place in the person’s home, though this is not essential.
Following the assessment, a report will be completed for your information with the outcome of our discussion and suggested plan. This will also then include the contract and pricing for the work being offered to the individual. The price quoted would be fully inclusive of all costs.
If you already have a budget in place for an individual, please discuss this in advance.
It is important to note that I will not work with any individual who is not fully consenting to work. I will also be working with individuals on their goals which may differ to services’ goals and wants.
Training
Training packages are currently being created for workplaces so please watch this space or get in touch with any specific requirements / requests.
